NWRS Advance Exchange Program
The NWRS Advance Exchange Program is your fastest service option. Simply order a repaired part from our inventory and have it the next business day. After installation, return your non-functional part from the machine as your replacement core. This is the business model by which most of our customers now do business with NWRS.

All requests received by 5:00 pm CST, that can be filled, will be processed and shipped the same day. If the part at NWRS is repaired and ready to go, we can accommodate orders up to 6:00 pm Central Time. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis. So, the earlier you request a part the better the chance we will have stock available.
Our online repair catalog has flat-rate prices established for each OEM part number. The repair price is designated for items that are sent to our facility for repair and return. The exchange price indicates the fee for ordering a part from our facility as an Advance Exchange order. Each Advance Exchange part comes with a pre-paid UPS return shipping label and NWRS return repair tag that will be found in the box with your repaired part. Please keep copies of the return tracking numbers for you shipping records. Simply package your defective part in the box it came in and use the prepaid shipping label to return the Advance Exchange core to NWRS.
Advance Exchange Return Guidelines:
- A repairable part must be received at NWRS within 30 days of your order.
- The NWRS repair tag that comes with the repaired part is scanned into our computer system for accurate return tracking. This RA Tag MUST be returned with your core return.
- Core returns that are under OEM or NWRS warranty will not be refunded. Parts covered under warranty must be sent into NWRS for repair and warranty processing.
- Advance Exchange replacement cores that are not returned in 30 days may be charged back to the customer at the OEM replacement cost for the part. The part then becomes the property of the customer. The charge allows NWRS to replace any part that is not returned and gives the customer incentive to return the part to NWRS as soon as possible.
- Returns - If your order is found to be no longer needed for your service call, please contact NWRS immediately for options. Credits or refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and restock fees may apply. Orders that are not used but that are past the due date may not be eligible for credit but still need to be returned to NWRS.
