NWRS began repairing printed circuit boards in 1985 as a cost savings alternative to purchasing new boards from the manufacturer. Our founder owned and operated a Canon copier dealership and gave our company great insight into the service expectations of office equipment dealers. Offering complete service has always been our goal at NWRS. While quality repair work and low repair fees are what our customers expect, we also provide top-notch technical support and first class customer service. Our repair services have expanded from printed circuit boards to laser scanners, staplers, motors, fixing assemblies and support on items like hard disk drives and other memory components.
In 1988 NWRS became a Canon Authorized Part Repair Facility. While Canon continues to be our main product line, we also support the full line of Ricoh and Ricoh Family (Savin, Lanier, Gestetner) copy machines. Our repair services have also expanded to include select Konica, Kyocera-Mita, Oce’ and HP products. NWRS started with only one technician in a very small office. Today, NWRS has over 30 experienced employees in a custom built 50,000 square foot facility. NWRS has repaired well over 1 million circuit boards saving our customers over 350 million dollars. While we continue to grow and expand, our focus has changed very little since our early years. Our goal is and always will be to do everything we can to take care of the customer. This commitment to customer service was even taken to the next level in 1999 when NWRS became a 100% employee owned company.
